 Refund 

All products are made to order and are final and not returnable. All personalised orders are final and not returnable. Runaway Rosy does not offer refunds at this stage and offer only replacements with the same item ordered if the item is defective (see Repair or Replacement Section below). Please note that we can not accept returns or replacements for products / designs if you have made a mistake when personalising your order i.e. Wrong Font that you chose, wrong chain length that you chose, wrong spelling of names, dates or initials that you entered as you personalise your order. Please choose from the provided personalisation options carefully.

Please note that only regular priced items may be considered for refund, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

There are certain situations where refund, repairs or replacements cannot be done.
– Obvious signs of wear and tear from usage not from faulty product
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Gift Cards / Gift Vouchers are electronic and downloadable products and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Repair or Replacement

If the item you receive is defective, please contact me to discuss repair or replacement. To be eligible for repair, you must contact Runaway Rosy immediately once the product is discovered faulty. Please attach photographs of the faulty item when contacting us. To complete the repair process, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If you order a chain that is too long for you and would like it altered, an Alteration Fee of $30 will be charged (shipping costs for sending back to you included here). If you incorrectly ordered a chain that is too short for your liking, I will be happy to replace it. A replacement (new chain) is $35 excluding shipping costs for sending the chain back to you. You will be sent an invoice for the costs and once paid, the alteration or replacement process will start. Alteration & replacement process will take approximately 5 business days. Shipping

To return your product, email me for the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation

Order processing will start within 24 hours upon your order is received. When processing of your order has been started, cancellation of order is no longer allowed. Contact Runaway Rosy immediately after you placed your order, if you change your mind so I can start the cancellation process. If you contact me before I start making your order, I can definitely allow cancellation but I will have to charge Restocking Costs of 30% of your total purchase amount PLUS Admin Costs of 5%.
