Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Runaway Rosy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Runaway Rosy immediately and attach photographs so we can assess the damage and apply appropriate actions to help resolve the issue. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact and file a claim to Australia Post for damaged and missing items and deliveries. Runaway Rosy will assist in the process if contacted within 24 hours after the item purchased has been received by you or has been detected missing. International Shipping Policy
Runaway Rosy ships internationally via Australia Post or DHL Australia. Australia Post and DHL Australia partner with your country’s Domestic Postal Service. Your order will be collected/ scanned by Australia Post or DHL Australia from Runaway Rosy and will then be subject to Australia Post delivery process Terms and Conditions.
